Shipping Info: Orders will be shipped within 3 days. All US orders are shipped with USPS media mail and take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped with either GlobalPost Plus, USPS first class, UPS worldwide, or in rare cases DHL and may take up to 10 days to arrive. If you are ordering from outside of the US and the shipping cost seems incorrect it is likely because we have not shipped to that country before and do not have an accurate shipping estimate. In such cases please email jacksonhardenmusic@gmail.com before ordering and we will look into updating the shipping cost for you.
Return Policy: Items can be returned for a full refund or replaced no later than one week (7 days) after delivery and only if the physical vinyl or CD is damaged. If so please contact jacksonhardenmusic@gmail.com
